Returns & Exhange

Our end goal is to ensure that our customers receive a top-quality product that they are happy with. However, if you are not happy with your product, we have our Exchange Program in place. You will be able to exchange your products for any other item of equal or higher value. If you decide to exchange the original item with an item of higher value, you will pay the difference between the prices of both items.

Exchange Program:
In order to qualify for a exchange, please ensure that you meet the following requirements: 
Product item(s) must be shipped back within 21 days of the order being placed. The item(s) must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging with a receipt. 
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return item (s). If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Once you have received your exchanged product, this item will be deemed as a final sale.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

To exchange your product, you should mail your product(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
